Refund, Trail & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item bought from us within 4 DAYS of delivery in new condition.
Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original hang tags are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline refund requests for products that are not in good condition or do not meet our returns policy.
Returns

Products can be exchanged for another size within 4 days of delivery of the items. Payment may be made for only the item that the customer has decided to buy, while returning the other items to the delivery agent. Please note that there is a 0.5 inch margin of error as standard, on all product measurements.

All goods can be returned before completion of the sale, before accepting the Products and completing payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are not applicable, due to reasons such as change of heart, at any point after completion of sale. For example: after receiving the goods and completing payment. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we may be offering a refund if sufficient proof of manufacturing fault can be provided and a fit, undamaged replacement is not available.

You must pay the return charges for returning or exchanging a product. Return charge is 50% of the actual delivery charge.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds may be made to a Mobile Banking (BKash, Nagad) account of your choice, in case of Cash on delivery (COD) payment method. In case of card payment, the linked bank account will be refunded accordingly.

Discount or Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded as per the clauses given above, sale or discount items cannot be exchanged or refund.

Trial

When the delivery agent shows up, Try it on. Try it on while the delivery agent is still there, before you confirm your purchase and pay (Please ensure trial within 10 mins)

If it fits right, pay the agent. If it doesn’t fit, return it to the delivery agent. Also message us on facebook or instagram so that we can send you a size that fits.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or the customer requires a size change. To start the process of the exchange please message us on our Facebook or Instagram pages or email us at ( support@tanfash.com ) Our customer service agents will assist you through the process.

All exchanges must be made within 4 days of purchase i.e. upon receipt of the items and payment is made. Any item can only be exchanged once after the initial purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us for further processing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Limitations
  • You cannot exchange an order more than once.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
